Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• It must be returned in its original packaging

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
